Bubblers
We no longer use bubblers in our kits. We have found them to be unnecessary and problematic.
But if you are going to use a bubbler, be sure to include a vacuum break between the bubbler and your reservoir. In the diagram below, notice the T and the check valve that is open to the outside air, with the check valve allowing outside air into the system. During operation, the valve will remain closed as HHO flows through the bubbler. A small back pressure keeps the valve closed. But once the warm air in the reservoir and tubing cools and contracts, rather than sucking all the water out of the bubbler air will be drawn into the system through the check valve.
