Ordering an item from FuelSaver-MPG.com? We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping option you choose. For all in-stock items, our turn-around time is usually 1 business day. That is, we ship Monday through Friday, excepting holidays.
If you are ordering an item and need it shipped UPS Next Day Air, your order must be in by 2:00 pm Pacific Time. At 2:00 PM each day, we check if there are any Next Day Air items that have come in, and if so we get those out that day. If your order is placed after 2:00 PM, it will be processed and gotten out the next business day. Note that if it's a Friday, that means your order will not go out until the following Monday.
We strongly recommend that you use US Postal Service for small, light-weight packages such as EFIE purchases. The cost of this service is about 40% or less of the UPS cost, and a much smaller fraction of the UPS expedited services. Despite this your product will arrive in 2-3 business days anywhere in the US. Shipments abroad are similar, in that the cost is much less, and the transit time is usually about the same as UPS. Note, for international shipments, we recommend USPS Express Mail service if the increased cost isn't too much higher in cost. Express Mail is not only much faster but also has tracking all the way to your door. Priority Mail doesn't track shipments after they leave the US.
Please also note that the shipping rates for some items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return new, unused items sold and fulfilled by FuelSaver-MPG.com within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Items that are returned more than 60 days after purchase, but are still unused, will probably still receive a refund, but this is not guaranteed on older models. Items that have been used, altered, and are not in a condition to be re-sold, do not qualify for a refund. If you need to return an item, please use the General Support Contact Page.
