OBD2 Port Scanner/Reader - Serial Port Version

This device will read codes and real time sensor data from any vehicle that is 1996 or newer. Plugs into the vehicle's OBD2 port and connects the vehicle's computer to your laptop. The USB version will connect to your computer's USB port, and the Serial Port version connects to your computer's 9-pin serial connector. It comes with free software that will work with your Windows laptop.

Note, we generally recommend the USB version, if your laptop has a USB port. The Serial Port version is intended for those with older, pre-USB computers.
